Refund Policy

OVLYC Software follows a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy for most services once payment is confirmed and work has started. Our digital services involve dedicated planning, resource allocation, technical execution, and non-reversible delivery steps.

1. No Refunds or Cancellations Policy

All payments made to OVLYC Software for services, projects, software, or digital deliverables are non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is received and/or work has commenced.
This includes custom software development, website design and development, IT consulting and support services, and any completed digital work.
This policy exists because our services are customized, resource-intensive, and initiated through irreversible planning and execution processes.

2. Scope of Services

Services are delivered on a project, milestone, or subscription basis as defined in the approved proposal, agreement, or contract.
Once execution starts, refunds will not be provided due to dissatisfaction, strategy changes, or change of mind.
Clients are encouraged to review requirements and scope carefully before confirming payment.

3. Termination and Cancellation

Termination by Client: Clients may terminate with written notice; however, no refund is applicable for paid amounts, and charges for completed milestones remain payable.
Termination by OVLYC Software: We may terminate if payments are overdue, contractual terms are breached, or project progress is obstructed by client-side factors.
No refunds are provided for completed work, allocated resources, or previously paid invoices under any termination scenario.

4. Software Costs and Payments

Clients are responsible for recurring monthly or yearly charges related to software subscriptions, licenses, servers, hosting, domains, or third-party services.
Failure to pay recurring costs may lead to suspension, restricted access, or discontinuation of associated services without refund.
Third-party vendor policies may also apply independently of OVLYC Software.

5. Delays and Timeline Impact

Client-side delays such as late approvals, incomplete content, or delayed communication automatically extend delivery timelines.
Timeline extensions caused by client-side delays do not qualify for refunds, discounts, or cancellation claims.
Project delivery schedules are estimated and may be adjusted based on scope changes and dependency constraints.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if explicitly mentioned in a signed written agreement with OVLYC Software.
Any approved exception is handled case-by-case and must be documented by authorized management.
Absence of written approval means the default no-refund policy remains fully enforceable.

7. General Provisions

This Refund Policy forms an integral part of all OVLYC Software agreements, proposals, and service contracts.
Continued use of OVLYC Software services indicates acceptance of this policy in full.
All disputes are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and subject to jurisdiction in Dhaka.
